  • Posted Sept 6, 2011 Subject:  Home Inspection Job well done.  Message:  I just wanted to take a minute to thank Jake for the outstanding job he did inspecting a home I was looking at buying on Lake Lanier. Never have I dealt with such a true professional. The report I got back was very thorough and an unbiased truthful representation of the property. I was very impressed with the hard copy report on the property but even more impressive was the fact that Jake was more than willing to take extra time and answer additional questions I had concerning repairs on the home that needed to be done. With his patience in explaining items of concern with me, I was able to renegotiate new terms for a sale. I can’t say enough good things about the job Jake did, only thanks again and I will definitely refer you to anybody I know who is about to buy a property. Some of them were very aggressive because of the economy. But you really have to take the time to try to figure their personalities and see if you are compatible. Through-out the inspection, he called out issues that were pressing, which was also included in his thorough Inspection Report. He was so kind and informative with his answers. Not many people know what to do or how to deal with an issue but his recommendations of options on how to remedy it was to the point and really educational. I would recommend Mr. Jake in a heartbeat and would definitely hire him for the future! Thank you so much Mr. Jake!
