Hi, I’m Jake Accardi, founder and president of Georgia State Inspections.
My building experience began over thirty years ago, so I guess you can say that I have been built from the ground up. I began as a union carpenter in the commercial industry, moved on to “high end” home remodeling and then became a commercial general contractor and a nationally recognized building consultant. This experience helped me develop an exceptional background in structural foundations, framing techniques, electrical, plumbing, heating, a/c, plumbing, and roofing. All this allows me to deliver the most comprehensive analysis for each home or commercial inspection, which can go a long way in clarifying the vast amounts of information on building techniques and maintenance.
Whether it’s performing a home inspection for a first time home buyer or a commercial property condition assessment for a large real estate investor, my focus is always on my customer. My goal is to accurately and objectively help you understand the true condition of your property.
